  • 1. Schedule, payment information

    i. SCHEDULE:

    2. Check-in procedures

    - Check-in desk hours: September 28 - 29, 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM

    - Check-in desk will be in your presentation room

    - Bring institutional identification to verify your registration and payment category

    - Verify if your presentation is the same timeslot as scheduled

    - Please make sure to prepare a back-up data in both .PDF and .PPT format (e.g. USB thumb drive)

    - Check-in with the operator 30 minutes prior to your session with backup storage to verify if data is in the assigned laptop.

    - All data must be compliant with Windows 10. MacOS will not be supported.

  • Oral Presenters: Required to be in the seat labelled “Next Speaker” 15 minutes prior to your session
  • Speakers: Required to be in the seat labelled “Next Speaker” 15 minutes prior to your session
  • Chairs: Required to be in the seat labelled “Next Chair” 15 minutes prior to your session
  • Symposium chair: Required to advise the presenting authors of the planned sequence and timing within the allocated session.
  • 3. Presention duration

  • Oral Presentations: 10 minutes each
  • Invited speaker: 60-90 minutes
  • Symposium: 60-90 minutes
  • Keynote speech: 20-30 minutes
  • Note: Duration is inclusive of Q&A

  • PDF only: 68.6 x 121.7 cm (width x height)
  • Portrait orientation
  • Single page / One slide
  • SETUP AND PRESENTATION

  • Poster presenters will be assigned a computer prior to arrival
  • Submit your file via upload to the [google form] or email to `phinter@mahidol.ac.th`, "subject: powerpoint / poster presentation"
  • Posters will be displayed on high-res digital monitors in portrait orientation
  • Authors are requested to be at their assigned monitors for their entire scheduled duration. A formal schedule is TBD.
  • Please note: Schedules will be prone to change. Please confirm your session date and time upon arrival.
  • 5. Submitting presentation data

    Step 1 — Name the file accordingly:

  • "presentation-date/yyyy.mm.dd"__"presentation-no."__"presenter-name".pdf
  • Example: 2023.09.28__P1-01__john-doe.pdf
  • Step 2 — Submit your data:

  • Oral powerpoint presentations:
  • Upload your oral powerpoint presentations via the google form [here]
  • Posters presentations:
  • Upload your pdf posters via the google form [here]
  • Important: Only one file will be accepted. Please make sure this file is your final version before submission.

    Alternatively, you may email your e-posters / oral presentation powerpoints to `phinter@mahidol.ac.th` with the subject: "oral powerpoint / poster presentation submission".

    Step 3 — Submit by the deadline:

  • Deadline: September 25, 2023, 5:00 PM ICT
  • Please make sure to prepare a back-up data in both .PDF and .PPT format (e.g. USB thumb drive)
  • Note: Your data is confidential. After your session, the organizer will delete the data.
