On February 16, 2023, from 09:00 am – 10:30 am, Mahidol University, Faculty of Public Health (MUPH), represented by our Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarawut Thepanondh, hosted an opening ceremony for the administrative team and students from Wakayama Medical University (WMU), represented by their President, Prof. Dr. Miyashita Kazuhisa at Surin Osathanugrah Room, Floor 2, Satharanasukwisit Building. Both teams proceeded to join an MOU signing ceremony at the Office of the President, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus from 11:30am - 12:00pm. A discussion on academic collaborations followed from 2:00pm - 4:00pm between the Department of Epidemiology, MUPH, and Wakayama University at Pakorn-Nonglak Sumethanurakkakul Meeting Room.
