On August 28, 2024, the Faculty of Public Health at Mahidol University, under the leadership of Assistant Professor Dr. Korawan Yodmai, organized a study visit for students from the School of Public Health at Taipei Medical University, Taiwan, as part of the “Community Health & Diseases in Thailand - FIELD EXPERIENCE 2024” Exchange Program. A master's student from Osaka University, Japan, also participated as an observer. The group visited Mahidol University's Kanchanaburi Campus for academic exchange and hands-on field studies in public health. Their itinerary included visits to the Kanchanaburi Provincial Public Health Office, Sai Yok Hospital, Paholpolpayuhasena Hospital, Ban Chong Ai Gang Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, and the Wang Pho Subdistrict Municipality community. Working alongside local public health officials, they conducted interviews with community volunteers in Ban Wang Pho to gain practical insights and share knowledge through real-world experiences.
