MPH Alumni Engagement & Japan-Thailand Health System Exchange

เมื่อวันที่ 21 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 หลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จัดกิจกรรม MPH Alumni Engagement โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วรากร โกศัยเสวี ให้การต้อนรับ Professor Atsuhiko Ota จาก Department of Public Health, Fujita Health University School of Medicine และศิษย์เก่าหลักสูตร MPH 2012 ที่เดินทางกลับมาเยือนสถาบัน เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายระหว่างศิษย์เก่าและนักศึกษาปัจจุบัน

ในโอกาสนี้ Professor Atsuhiko Ota ได้นำนิสิตแพทย์จากประเทศญี่ปุ่นมาร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับ ระบบสุขภาพของญี่ปุ่น พร้อมทั้งเข้าร่วมการบรรยาย ในหัวข้อ "Thailand Health System and the Decentralization of Health Promotion Hospitals to Local Administrative Organizations" โดย อาจารย์ ดร.ระพีพันธ์ จอมมะเริง ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับระบบสุขภาพไทยและการกระจายอำนาจของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลสู่การบริหารขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบสุขภาพของทั้งสองประเทศ และกระชับความร่วมมือทางวิชาการในอนาคต บรรยากาศของงานเต็มไปด้วยการพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่เป็นประโยชน์ ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความเข้มแข็งของเครือข่ายศิษย์เก่า MPH และการพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านสาธารณสุขในระดับนานาชาติ

MPH Alumni Engagement & Japan-Thailand Health System Exchange

On February 21, 2025, the Master of Public Health (International Program) at the Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, hosted the MPH Alumni Engagement event. Assistant Professor Dr. Varakorn Kosaisavee warmly welcomed Professor Atsuhiko Ota, Professor at the Department of Public Health, Fujita Health University School of Medicine, and an alumnus of the MPH Class of 2012, who returned to his alma mater to share experiences and strengthen connections between alumni and current students.

On this occasion, Professor Atsuhiko Ota brought a group of Japanese medical students to exchange knowledge on the Japanese health system which presented by the students. They also participated in a special lecture on "Thailand Health System and the Decentralization of Health Promotion Hospitals to Local Administrative Organizations", delivered by Lecturer Dr. Rapeepun Jommaroeng. This session provided valuable insights into Thailand’s health system and the decentralization of Health Promotion Hospitals under the administration of local government organizations, fostering a deeper understanding of both countries’ health systems and enhancing future academic collaboration.

The event was filled with engaging discussions, meaningful knowledge-sharing, and insightful experiences, reflecting the strength of the MPH alumni network and the ongoing development of international public health collaborations.
