On March 9, 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Sarawut Thepanondh, Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, accompanied by the executive leadership team and faculty members, visited the University of Occupational and Environmental Health (UOEH), Japan. During the visit, the delegation held discussions with Professor Seichi Horie, Vice-President, Department of Health Policy and Management, Institute of Industrial Ecological Sciences, University of Occupational and Environmental Health, to advance strategic collaboration in three key areas.
Academic & Research: Enhancing research capacity and promoting innovation in occupational and environmental health.
Executive Training: Developing specialized training programs for public health executives and leadership development.
Talent Exchange: Establishing faculty and student exchange initiatives to broaden professional experience and strengthen international academic networks.
This expansion of strategic partnerships represents an important milestone in advancing human resource development and fostering innovation, ultimately contributing to sustainable solutions for emerging global public health challenges.
