Qualifications:

• 1. Applicants must hold any of the following degrees: M.D., M.B.B.S., B.Pharm., D.D.S., D.V.M., B.N., or B.Sc., B.P.H. or other bachelor degree which is related to the health science or public health from an accredited institution.
  2. Applicants must also have at least one year of experience in the field of public health or a related area (excluding internship).
  3. A TOEFL-iBT score of at least 64 or IELTS score of at least 5.0, or other equivalent. The English Proficiency Test score is also necessary for graduation.
  4. Having a cumulative GPA not less than 2.5

• Certified true copy with official stamp and registra's signature of transcript from senior high school and Baccalaureate degree(s) or the highest degree(s) attended.
• A recent medical examination report.
• One-page statement describing in your own words your expectation from MPH, professional goal and concept paper of research (A4)
• Two letters of reference (which are mailed directly to MPH office by the referee).
• English Proficiency: Either a TOEFL Internet Based (TOELF-iBT) score report 64 or higher, or an IELTS score report indicating 5.0 or higher, or MU GRAD Plus only at Mahidol University (Language Center), Thailand score report 70 or higher. The test date must be within the previous 2 years.
• If application has a founding agency, a letter to certify that he/she gets scholarship is needed.
• If an applicant is self-sponsored, bank statement with the fixed amount of 8,000 USD is needed.
• A letter certifying work experience.
• **An applicant who do not submit all required documents will not be eligible for further admission process.
