  • Congratulations to Ms.Chanunya Fahwan, a student of the Master of Science (Public Health) Program, Major in Nutrition, Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, for being selected as an outstanding worker in the category of Outstanding Morals and Human Relations, by the Dairy Farming Organization of Thailand for the year 2021.
  • Congratulations to Ms. Yanisa Thapcharoen, Master of Science (Public Health) Program, Major in Nutrition (regular program), who won first prize in the 3rd Start-Up Innovative F&B Products Competition, for her submission entitled “PB Healthy Sauce (Fish Sauce Flavored Soy Sauce)” which was exhibited at the Fi Asia Online Event, 9-22 September 2021.
  • Congratulations to Ms. Kawisara Yimmongkol, a student of the Bachelor of Science (Public Health) Program, Major in Nutrition and Dietetics, for being selected to participate in the Nihon Pharmaceutical University (NPU) Online Program 2021, Japan, which is a 5-week online academic and cultural exchange program, being held between 5-9 July 2021.
  • Congratulations to Mr.Yossarun Boonthatui,Miss Nanthicha Buree and Mr.Yutthaphon Wongkitisophon, Students from M.Sc.(Public Health), Program in Nutrition, Won The 1st Runner-up Award in The Innovation Competition of Irradiated Foods, Hosted by Thailand Institute of Nuclear Technology. Technology-transfer research for commercialization

  • The signing ceremony of the license agreement on research titled "Production technology and process of formed protein from sacha inchi" between Mahidol University and Nikao Cooperation Co., Ltd., at the Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, on 15 Jan 2020 |Detail
  • The first research of the Faculty of Public Health was transferred for substantial commercialization. Licensing of 4 formulations of Thai-style thickened foods for the elderly with dysphagia, and their production processes was done for the commercialized expansion. |Detail
