On Site Laboratory Mini-Workshop on Health Security and Public Health

Mahidol University's Faculty of Public Health hosted the "On Site Laboratory Mini-Workshop on Health Security and Public Health" on September 16, 2025. The event was presided over by Professor Dr. Supa Pengpid, Deputy Dean for Strategy, Research, and Network Development.
Professor Dr. Shinya Echigo from Kyoto University's Graduate School of Global Environmental Studies (GSGES) and Associate Professor Dr. Ayako Kohno from Kyoto University's School of Public Health also spoke about the collaborative nature of the workshop.
The mini-workshop included an Oral Presentation Session, where professors and students presented their academic work on health and public health. Professor Dr. Supa Pengpid, Professor Dr. Orawan Kaewboonchoo, and Associate Professor Dr. Kwanjai Amnatsatsue listened to the presentations and offered feedback.
The workshop was organized to promote cross-cultural collaboration and knowledge exchange on health security and public health, with a focus on addressing global health issues and developing public health systems.
