The 15th International Conference on Public Health among Greater Mekong Sub-Regional Countries (15th ICPH-GMS)

Associate Professor Dr. Sarawut Thepanondh, Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, along with the administrative team and faculty members, participated in “The 15th International Conference on Public Health among Greater Mekong Sub-Regional Countries (15th ICPH-GMS)”, held from October 23 to 25, 2025, in Kunming, People’s Republic of China.
During the opening ceremony, the Dean had the honor of serving as Chairperson of the Keynote Speaker Session.
Organized by Kunming Medical University, the conference served as an important platform for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and research in the field of public health among academics, researchers, and experts from countries across the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS).
The 15th ICPH-GMS emphasized strengthening academic and research collaboration to jointly address major public health challenges in the region, including communicable and non-communicable diseases, environmental health, and the development of sustainable health systems.
The participation of the Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, in this international conference highlights its academic leadership and ongoing commitment to promoting international collaboration aimed at improving health and quality of life among populations in the Greater Mekong Subregion.
